In one of the most prestigious and panoramic hills of the Lucca area, an authentic 15th-century farmhouse, a former monastery, with land and a swimming pool, located just 10 km northwest of Lucca.
The farmhouse comprises a main building on three levels. On the ground floor, there is a large rustic eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, another room with access to the rear garden, a bathroom, and a storage room. The upper floor comprises five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The attic is largely habitable due to its height.
Adjacent to the house is a large barn with classic “mandolate” openings, which could potentially create additional living space.
A wonderful porch with breathtaking views, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners, complements the large garden that extends around it. Another room serves as an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven and barbecue area. The splendid 6×12 m private swimming pool with a solarium and pergola is located lower down. Finally, a small two-level metato completes the front garden, complete with ample parking shaded by centuries-old trees.
The surrounding land, approximately 17 hectares, is very pleasant and largely flat, with wide slopes sloping down towards the valley, an olive grove of approximately 700 trees, and a small section of woodland.
