The farmhouse is located just outside Poggibonsi (Siena) 3km.
It is reached via a short white road.
The Farmhouse consists of a ground floor with cellars and old stables with original vaults and original floors.
On the first floor there is the house which consists of 8 rooms plus bathroom, terracotta floors of the original ‘700 and exposed beams total dimensions 467 square metres plus a hut of MQ38
The farmhouse is surrounded by a private fenced garden of 5600 square metres with 30 olive trees and fruit trees, with artesian wells.
