Beautiful Tuscan farmhouse with three separated houses under one roof. 7 minutes walking distance from the center of Bagni di Lucca. It was bought in 2008 by American artists and completely restored. Four modern bathrooms with the traditional Tuscan elements still there. Three modern kitchens.
The farmhouse has a private private road, and at the back of the house lots of parking space. There is also plenty of space for a pool, the owners had put up an above ground pool for years.
The main house:
This is on the ground floor and has an open plan design. The kitchen is directly to the spacious terrace. The large bathroom is very attractive.
The studio:
This is a studio apartment with a working fireplace. It has one bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower. Beautiful green marble kitchen.
Main House
The kitchen goes with french doors to the spacious terrace. The ground floor has five spaces which makes it very interesting living space.
There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
The half-bath has space for the laundry and dryer.
Photographs were made when the farmhouse was rented out by Airbnb. The house is now emptied apart from three kitchens and four and half bathrooms.
