. On the Tuscan hills, among the thermal springs of Bagni di Lucca, historic villa, summer residence of a noble family from the 1600s. The villa has been renovated maintaining the existing original structure. In a quiet and private area, it is built on three floors plus the basement. From the main entrance you have access to the main living room communicating with the entire ground floor of the house, consisting of: kitchen, dining room with living area, a lounge, a service bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom and a suite with shower, the laundry room, and the studio equipped for fitness.
From the main living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms (one with a king size bed), both with en suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with shower, and a bathroom with shower. The second floor remains closed because it is an attic. From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the basement, where there are four communicating rooms, consisting of an old kitchen (not working) equipped only with a marble sink, a dining area, and a room with a fireplace, ideal for finding refreshment during the hot season. In Baroque style, it features large green spaces outlined by small hedges, and tall centuries-old trees. In the center of the garden you can enjoy a small intimate cool area, equipped with benches and a small table. From the entire garden you can admire the entire valley in front of the house. Just a few steps from the portico, the pool is rectangular in shape (5 x 12), with a constant depth of 1.50 meters. Access to the water is via Roman steps. The edge is paved in porcelain stoneware in the shade of large centuries-old trees.
